Personal Training
The fastest way to an outcome. Unrelenting support from a professional coach.  Personal training is the foundation of every client journey. Our sessions aren’t just physical, but mental as well. Because to be direct, working out is easy, making it a habit that sticks is the challenge. Personal training makes it simple.
 
Who is it for?
This is for every client when they begin with us, and it’s for those seeking the ultimate in speed to an outcome. Want to go further faster? This is where you start.
 
As a client, what can I expect in terms of results, physical changes, emotional changes, mental changes? In what timeframe?
Within the first month, you will notice you are moving better. You begin to gain more confidence in your movement and body. You may even experience a reduction in nagging pain/injuries. 
 
Within three months, you’ll notice your clothes are fitting better. Your muscles begin to get firmer, the jawline you haven’t seen in years begins to make its way back.
 
Within 6 months people are asking, “What have you been doing?” Your spouse is objectifying you. You are carrying the groceries in one trip. 
 
Within one year you are transformed. Your confidence is soaring, you are noticing more opportunities, you view the world through the lens of limitless potential.
 
How much interaction do I get with a coach?
You will work 1:1 with a Professional Coach 2-3 hours/week in-person. Daily communication is included to help with nutrition, recovery, and mindset.
 
Why is it effective?
When someone chooses to work with one of our professionals, they are doing so because they want an expert in their corner to guide them.
 
We do this by having a coach 100% focused on YOU and your specific goals. They optimize every training session when working together, and provide support OUTSIDE the facility as well. This allows us to build a specific system for the individual that is sustainable, and attainable.

Small-Group Personal Training
Training performed in a private setting with a small cohort of other clients and 1-2 professionals guiding you through your individualized program. Think personal training with a few other winners in the room with you. More autonomy and surrounded in a culture of excellence with appointment based scheduling.
 
Who is it for?
Clients seeking to develop more autonomy and who want to build a sustainable system that they can operate for the long-term. Ever said, “I know what to do, I just need to do it”?-we show you how. 
 
As a client, what can I expect in terms of results, physical changes, emotional changes, mental changes? In what timeframe?
This is where clients see the most progress. Expect changes in body composition (welcome back “skinny pants”), getting stronger (all groceries in one trip, baby!), and the confidence to know you are capable of any adversity thrown your way.
 
How much interaction do I get with a coach?
You’ll be in a semi-private training environment with a coach and 3-6 other clients 2-4 days/week. Your lead professional will also be meeting with you monthly to assess progress, roadblocks, and long-term planning. Daily communication through our app as needed with a 24 hr response time.
 
Why is it effective?
This is so effective because it builds on the the ground work we laid with a client when onboarding.  We use this phase of the client journey to turn new habits into automated skills and behaviors.
 
It’s really the best of both worlds, the accountability and specificity of working 1:1 with a coach paired with working in a semi-private environment that lends itself to a culture of excellence.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is the foundation of optimizing our health and outcomes. Work 1:1 with a professional to meet you where you are and build a system around you. If you have ever said, “I know what to do, I just need to do it!”, this is the key to removing that barrier.
 
Who is it for?
This is for those who want the best and fastest speed to an outcome. This isn’t a “quick fix”, but it’s the fastest way to your desired outcome. If you are ready, willing, and able to change, this is where you belong.
 
As a client, what can I expect in terms of results, physical changes, emotional changes, mental changes? In what timeframe?
To no longer be on a rollercoaster of: gain weight, become frustrated, go on an unsustainable diet, lose weight, get burnt out, and re-gain weight.
 
How much interaction do I get with a coach?
Weekly video check-ins, monthly 1:1, and support via our app as needed daily.
 
Why is it effective?
This removes the guesswork. We articulate a clear and data driven journey, that also takes into account the psychology behind our decision-making when it comes to food.

Now we graduate you into an individually designed program and train in a semi-private environment (less than 7 people), all under the guidance of our expert professionals.
