About Velocity Human Design & Optimization in Fort Wayne, IN.

Here to serve the most outrageously fulfilled version of you.

People start to change their bodies. They stay because we change their lives.

This is personal coaching built around your body, your life, and the person you’re working to become.

The people in your corner.

Good humans. Skilled humans. Educated humans. Coaches who care enough to tell you the truth (especially when it’s uncomfortable), that sweat the details for you,pay attention, and adjust before when something isn’t working.  Good people here to help good people.

We believe there’s more in you.

In fact, we know it.  Velocity exists for people who know they’re capable of more, bust just even if they haven’t quite figured out how to access it yet.

These are our favorite clients.  Because we know they just need the right environment, the right people around them and a bit of belief.

We’ve spent two decades learning how training, nutrition, accountability, and the right environment can remove the obstacles standing between people and the lives they want to live. Now we’ve built that experience into a coaching system that helps our clients create meaningful change inside and outside the gym.

And oh yeah, you'll look and feel unreal too.  Not a bad side effect.

Our Team

Good humans. Skilled humans. Educated humans.

People-focused humans.

Coach Brad McKee

Meet the face behind our client experience and team development.

Brad opened Velocity with his wife Chelsea, and together they have built Velocity by constantly asking the question,

“How can we deliver a better outcome for our clients, and a better career for our team?”

You can find Brad meeting with clients for coffee, grappling on the jiu jitsu mat, or nerding out to literature exploring how to change human behavior for the better.

Autumn went to college at Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!),  where she received dual degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology.

She uses this blend to help clients develop physically, but also to unlock mental barriers.  She was a college athlete and uses this same drive for the benefit of her clients.

Outside of the gym you will find her walking around Promenade Park or hitting up the Landing for some restaurant hopping. During the spring season you might also see her helping out with the New Haven High School softball team.

Nathan played collegiate baseball and earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Saint Francis. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has worked with a wide range of clients, from older adults to high school athletes.

His goal is to build a results-driven community of strong, capable, and resilient humans who are prepared for whatever life throws their way.

A gym should do more than give you access.

Most gyms give you equipment and leave the outcome up to you.  Some gyms go further and put a coach in front of the room that coaches as a part-time gig.  At Velocity, you work with a full time professional coach that acts as a concierge for your health.  The coaching begins before the first workout and continues as you continue to grow.

We start by listening.

Who are you, really? What’s worked? What hasn’t? How do you want to feel about yourself? If you designed your life, and didn’t think about what is realisitic, what would it look like?Your goals, history, health, schedule, obstacles, and previous experiences help us understand what you need.

We build around you.

Your life is different than Steve’s, a client who runs a massive company and visits his son overseas.  And it’s probably different than Emma’s who is a dentist with three children under the age of 9.  So why would you have the same plan as them? Training, nutrition, habits, recovery, and accountability work together. Your plan needs to make sense for your real life.

We stay involved.

We are with you through all the highs and low.  We help you navigate them all, because coaching extends well beyond the four walls of our business.  Your coach pays attention, asks questions, tracks what matters, and adjusts the plan as you progress.  We are committed to seeing you win.

We expect participation.

Your coach will bring preparation, honesty, and commitment. We ask you to bring a willingness to engage in the process and do the work with us.
