Meet the face behind our client experience and team development.

Brad opened Velocity with his wife Chelsea, and together they have built Velocity by constantly asking the question,

“How can we deliver a better outcome for our clients, and a better career for our team?”

You can find Brad meeting with clients for coffee, grappling on the jiu jitsu mat, or nerding out to literature exploring how to change human behavior for the better.
